  孟利,女,工学博士,硕士生导师。2013年获沈阳建筑大学获工学学士学位;2016年获沈阳建筑大学获工学硕士学位;2020年获北京师范大学工学博士学位;201811-20195月赴美国亚利桑那大学访问交流,20208月进入天津师范大学天津市水资源与水环境重点实验室工作。
