夏江周,男,1987年2月生,理学博士,助理研究员。2015年1月毕业于北京师范大学全球变化与地球系统科学研究院,获博士学位,同年进入北京师范大学地理科学学部从事博士后工作。2018年11月进入天津师范大学天津市水资源与水环境重点实验室工作。主要从事陆地生态系统模型研究(Biome-BGC,IBIS, LPJ, …)和生态参数遥感估算,欢迎合作研究。

研究方向:
(1)在植物碳分配模型的验证和改进方面开展了一系列的工作。植物碳分配是指植物光合作用产物在根、茎和叶等器官间分配的生理过程,其动态变化会显著改变陆地碳循环的时空格局。植物碳分配模型是陆地生态系统模型中最薄弱的环节之一。本人为IBIS模型构建了动态碳分配模型(Xiaet al., 2015),并借助全球森林碳分配观测数据验证了国际上主流的几个生态系统模型(IBIS, CABLE, LPJ, LPX-Bern和ORCHIDEE),为碳分配模型的改进提供参考(Xia et al., 2019)。
(2)全球及区域草地生物量遥感估算。本人利用遥感数据估算了全球草地地上生物量(Xia et al., 2014),定量分析了气候变化和人类活动对草地生态系统的影响。全球草地生物量数据集被联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会全球生物量数据集团队(IPCC Tier-1 map, Ruesch andGibbs, 2008)和联合国环境规划署世界自然保护监测中心(UNEP-WCMC)全球碳库数据集采用,相关数据已被用于全球陆地生态系统碳循环研究(Sotonavarro et al., 2020; Spawn et al.,2020)。

近5年来共发表SCI文章24篇,其中包括第一作者SCI文章6篇(如Journalof Geophysical Research:Biogeosciences, Environmental Research Letters和RemoteSensing等)。主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目一等资助1项和天津师范大学引进人才基金项目1项。
